I have a 3BHK in T-12 Sapphireberry.
The construction status is more or less the same as in T-11.
No significant progress in T-12.

Going by RPS standards, This is lot of Work, approx two slabs per year.....
hope the Unitech judgement puts some fear toward construction delays by these real estate companies.

I got a demand notice yesterday for completion of last floor roof slab casting and before that last demand was raised May,2009. So it tells what pace RPS is building this tower and when we might get it ready for pocession !

BTW does anybody have got their enhanced EDC paid back OR adjusted from RPS after the stay was announced by the court?
