I have read somewhere that if RWA/ Society is been created or registered for a group housing, then the cost related decision on facilities like WiFi, PNG, Broadband, Cable tv etc. can be taken care by society Secretary and members. And the builder then donot have rights to collect money on the name of these.
If any senior members like Dheerj ji or Jayanta ji or any one though this, has some idea please comment. ...
