As per the offer of possession letter received from builder, all demand including registry charges has to be made in the name of builder. I understand that the registry amount should be made in the name of office of registrar by flat owner directly.

In last 15 days, top officials from CHD visited Faridabad and reviewed all development work and major Focus point was Greater Faridabad Development work.

There is sudden visit of all Top officials without any pre-schedule. All this is happening because of Strict orders from Hon’able High Court Orders to complete the development work and to produce the affidavit before High court.

Only hope and control mechanism in India is law of Court.
