On Piyush group buyers FIR strongly supported by GFWA, Piyush Group MD/ directors have been detained today morning from their residence by Faridabad police and currently at EOW office.
GFWA team is there since morning 6 am.

How can we counter fit out possession. I have case in point, Piyush and Omaxe.

Piyush offered fit-out possession without valid license and OC. We approached appropriate authority(s) for the action and some action is taken or at least will be taken, I sincerely hope for action but long way to go before we rejoice.

Another case: Omaxe offered fit out for Hill (sector 41/43) in Surajkund with valid license till Oct 2013. ...

Pls find attached DTP notice issued to Piyush Group. It can be used as a reference if other societies also offer possession without occupancy certificate

Please find attached letter submitted by Piyush Group in DTP office and SDM office. In this letter, Piyush Group is contradicting itself by saying that they did not demand money and payment has to be given only when they will offer final possession letter after getting occupancy certificate (usually takes about 6 months). But in actual, fit out letter issued to buyers had 30 days deadline highlighted in bold letters for payment of money.
