Recently in Ghaziabad elevator came crashing many floors. This prompted me to think about the quality of elevators and safety issues. We can also discuss the technicalities of elevators (mechanism etc). Can we list brand of elevators installed in Greater Faridabad? What are the good brands: Otis, Kone, Hitachi etc. Good can be defined as reliability, safety, maintenance issues and service.

Beginning of 2012, many of GFWA members had expressed hope that ,this year many projects will give possession.
Can someone tell us how many projects have given possession in 2012.

Is there any hope in coming future about possession?
