Hi Friends,

Happy to share that Construction of Bridge at sector 3 / 8 dividing road for connection By Pass road to sector 75 has started. I visited the site today and talked to labor constructing sheds and leveling the ground. This bridge will connect to master road coming in front of BPTP Resort. Hope this will give edge to property prices in projects grooming in sector 75, 76, 77 etc. Pics attached.

FIR numbered 214 of 2012 in Faridabad (P.S. Bhupani ) under sections 420/406 is against Piyush Group for project Piyush Heights. FIR is filed on directions of Economic Offence Wing (EOW) of Faridabad Police on charges of taking excess EDC, increasing super area, selling common area like open parking, Podium etc.

Usually, the dispute starts from subject of EDC, for most of the people.

First comes the shock,
then people gets united,
discuss, gather knowledge,
confronts the builder claim,
write complaints to "kotwal" i.e. TCP,

But, they choose The Deaf Ear.

RTI's filed, no replies. somehow few gets, but little.

Has anyone received the reply from BPTP Park floor-1 regarding the EDC letters which were posted by Mr Dheeraj ofGFWA for members which we were supposed to send to Builder BPTP.
I have sent the letter today through email as well as by registered post .
