- As development of area and project was not moving forward, as expected, we requested Omaxe to cancel booking and make a new booking in Aspen for new flat area 1600 sq ft.

After I made final payment to Omaxe and went on to book parking, I was shocked to know that no covered parking was available in Victoria tower. My booking had covered parking in it for which they had already taken 1.5 L. When I checked with Omaxe HC, they informed me that I don't have any other option than to opt for Open parking. Received confirmation from ShivSai that the possession letters for Ozone Park are in transit.

Tower 1 folks would get it within the next few days followed by Tower 2, 3 etc.

Can someone please confirm the receipt of the possession letters? Anything abnormal/out of tune in the contents?

I have a floor of BPTP at 'P' Block . As per builder buyer agreement they will be liable to pay compensation @Rs 5 per sq ft if not able to offer possession within 30 months. In Dec 2012 my agreement will complete 30 months.But as i see work progress i think they will not be able to provide possession. Omaxe Height - Possession, Penalty Calculation and increased Area
I received the possession letter from Oamxe for my apartment in Osaka Tower. I have few questions, can anyone help me on these:
1. Area increased from 1475sqft to 1562 without any change in covered area, not sure how this has been calculated.
2. I made the first payment in 2006, how the penalty will be calculated. I did not sign the buyers agreement.
