I have received a demand letter from BPTP for Rs. 20000/- (annual maintenance charges) for my 300 sq yd plot. Till last year it was around 6000/-. Thay are not giving any responsible answer.

Do any body have information on dividing road of sector 86 and 87? There are some construction in between( called Hari nagar). What the status of possesion of land in this portion? if this will not clear, there will not be any direct approach road to SRS projects. Please update if any one of you have any information.

I booked a flat in Palm residency By Ras developers. But now they have send me letter with increased BSP. Just wanted to know can a builder increase bsp once the flat is booked ?

I asked the reason from the broker, through whome I booked the flat. He said, as supreme court has declared that builder cannot sell the car parking , thats why they have increase bsp.

I have a unit in C-4 tower. Would anyone have an idea of when is SRS going to give possession of the tower!!

Can the members of the forum also throw some light on the construction status of this tower. Last time I visited 4 months back, the work seemed near complete barring some internal finishing.
