- They had filed for the OC in August 2011, though their license had expired on 20-04-2011 and this continues to be the issue till date. They are fooling customers with the non sense for almost two years now. Another issue cited for the delay is enhanced EDC nonpayment by customers.

I have a unit in T-9, today spoke to Ms Jiya in RPS HO, she told possession shall be possible only in 2013 end. Why they are then showing on their site T-9 also as a part of towers planned for possession in 2012 end?? It's misleading. Surprisingly even after so much of noise on these issues through protest / Media etc, no Govt. agency entering into the picture to streamline.

It is a confirmed news that BPTP has started issuing 'offer of possession' to the allottees of Park Elite Floor in Block A and Block L. Looks like after initial spurt of development in Greater Faridabad, works are now getting delayed or stopped. We all have to again do follow ups, protests etc. to bring development back on track. Development in even 5 villages adopted by HUDA in Greater Faridabad is on hold.

Seeing the slow pace of development , pl arrange protest/ mass rallies ( with media coverages ) on regular basis to put pressure on Haryana Govt/ HUDA and Builders to expedite the development including the acquiring of the remaining land for master roads. GFWA started the moment with some aim, pl pursue the same till finality.

I'm a little confused about the status of Omaxe Spa Village, in which I have a 1900 sq feet (3+1) aptt.
I went to the site a couple of months ago and saw work progressing at a reasonably good pace. Though we are told that possession is likely in December 2012, mid 2013 seems more likely.
Some property dealers, while showing interest in property in Omaxe Spa Village, say work is slowing down ...
