Please post your revised EDC/IDC amount asked by various builders so that we all can have a fair idea of EDC/IDC rate in Gr. Faridabad. I know that EDC/IDC charges will vary from project to project and depend upon a total salable are and other factors but this will still help us knowing facts.

SRS Pearl Floors: Previous EDC/IDC: 176 per sq. feet , Revised: 373 Rs. per sq. feet.

I got this EDC figures from BPTP regd my query to them for Refund of EDC Amount.
They are in no mood to refund the amount and want it to get adjusted in future payments.
I could not make out much from these figures. If anyone can analyse and come out with specfics then it will be great.

Yesterday I got the interest calculation sheet from BPTP for my apartment in Park Floor-II, Sector -76.
I booked this flat in May 2010. After making payment of Rs. 4.23 lacs Mr. Rajnish of BPTP confirmed that their would not be any interest charged for till the bank start its disbursement. I had renewed my loan for 3 times in 9 months and given the renewal letters to BPTP everytime.

I have booked my flat in C4 tower in SRS residency sector 88. Yesterday i have visited the site and found following
1- No proper connecting road.
2- No public utility like road, sewage street light work on progress.
3- SRS residency work is also not on full swing. may be they will give possession in one year or more.
