Hi,

I have booked the apartment in RPS - RHYTHM project, sector 88 greater Faridabad (Melody tower no.T-11) on 17th feburary 2009. Till date I have paid the booking amount and the amount for which demand raised by the builder. Inspite of many correspondence, I have not receive any status about the project and the possession date.
Anybody in this forum knows the status of the project.

Recently, It was in the news that Circle rate has been revised in Faridabad and other cities in haryana in 2012.
I would like to know what is the new rate for flats and plots in neharpar area.
And from which date these rates are applicable?
what if someone has purchased flat in 2008 in original booking or in resale.
If any one has more clarity on this please reply.

Its high time we meet RPS office to understand the possession schedules-- tower wise.

How many of you are willing to join next Saturday (13th May) to meet at RPS office in Jasola at 11 am?

There will not be any formal appointment but we just need to go there in numbers and try meeting the management.

We have already wasted almost 10% of our total life waiting for this ...

Again the devil has started to come into our dream. BPTP has now raised the demand on account of Increased EDC charged @ Rs 1174 per sq yard applicable w.e.f. 2005. But as per the DTCP letter no 395 dated 28-3-2012 the retrospective date for calculating the Enhanced EDC charges should be 25/5/2011. This will save a huge interest and arrer amount in the EEDC demand. Builder has not mentioned this effective date ...

I need an advice. BPTP has sent me a letter asking for a huge interest (70K) for some of the installments paid delayed. The delay was of 3 months, 1 months, 15 days and 12 days. They are asking for the interest calculated for last 4 years compounded. Some of the delays were due to BPTP was not able to provide the required docs on time for loan.

I am puzzled by the letter ...
