I have been told that ERA divine court is offerring a subvention scheme where the EMI will commence on possession. Only DHFL is providing the loan on this. However , often , the possession clause is ambiguous and once the stated builder period for possession ( say 30 months ) is over, the lender starts collecting EMI from the borrower. Has anyone applied for this ? If anyone knows the details of this scheme , ...

I booked a flat in Ansal Royal Heritage on 22nd April'12 but I am still waiting for my acknowledgement of receipt of booking amount.
I want to initiate the process of home loan upon receipt of acknowledgement from the Builder.
Can any one please tell how much time it will generally take the builder to send the acknowledgement receipt after encashment of cheque.

Consumers can now submit complaints against builders and developers who are members of CREDAI through the online portal. Even though their scope is limited, but mass complaints against any builder might force them to take notice and action.

if anyone is having copy of orders of DCTP to BPTP for refund or adjustment of interest in respect of plots, pl post .Further BPTP is not forwarding the calculation of earlier and enhanced EDC. what to do , any action by GFWA and Parklands Owners Association.Further what about EC and STP charges, are theses are not part of EDC&IDC as per DCTP/HUDA, if so any action suggested or any action for combine fight.
