I am selling my srs royal hills flat (B7 Tower, 2+1) without any premium any party interested. My no. 9953816553

I have received demand letter from my builder Dhingra Jardine for my flat in Gemini Groove duplex. When I repeatedly insisted for EDC calculations and Govt. Notification, they have given attached two files. Can someone tell me that these calculations are correct and should I pay the enhanced EDC charges now? If not then what should be my reply? Any help or advice is solicited.

Over the past year or so BPTP has been offering possession of plots to plot buyers, without anything being operational, including access roads at many places, master roads not even started, sewerage connections not being operational or even in certain cases without sewerage lines being laid out, electricity connections not available, no street lighting etc.

This implies to construction of Schools, nuseries, hospitals, religious places, clubs etc within 4 years of granting of license as per a new addition to the act..

Town and Country Planning (TCP) department have approved an amendment in Haryana development and Regulation of Urban Areas Act 1975 which provides for civil imprisonmnet for defaulting colonizers. It is worth to mention that private colonizers in Greater Faridabad have about Rs 600 crores of pending original EDC dues which they collected from us but did not deposit to Govt.
