Piyush Group has raised a fresh demand of Rs 20,000/- towards installation of compulsory gas pipeline in each flat. While having gas pipeline is good, amount demanded raise concerns. I am having piped gas supply from IGL at my home in Delhi for which I had to pay only Rs 5,000/- and there is no Compulsion clause. Only few members in our society opted for piped gas supply and still amount remained same.

a number of brokers are saying that bptp is launching luxury tower M in park grandeura .the BSP price will between 4000 to 4500 per sq feet . and possession will happen in 24 months . I am thinking that the market price is about 3000 per sq feet is it possible to sell at 4250(avg) per sq feet God knows .

In last one week, I found two news article about the cancelation of Licenses in Haryana by T &CP.

I'm not able to understand..why T&CP taking so much time to decide on such issues and

I'm sure those days are not far...when we would be having such news for Gr. Faridabad Area.
