I have Tata Photon, they are unable to give good services as they do not have tower near by Sector 78.

Govt. is least bothered about protecting rights of home buyers. Modi Govt has once again delayed Real Estate Regulatory Law. Bill has been delayed for more than 15 years now. It is most surprising that Govt collects multiple taxes from Real Estate but spends zero rupee for protecting rights of home buyers.
