I am Monu Dhingra,having flat in A tower Princess Park project. Yesterday i got EDC enhancement letter from BPTP.
Is any body else from BPTP Princess park , got the same.

If yes, how you guys going to deal with that ? Pls suggest....paying or waiting for legal action to take on that?

I guess widening of NH2 Badarpur Border to Agra has kicked off. Some signs are visible at Old Faridabad Chowk, Badkhal Chowk & NHPC Chowk.

I have a 3 BHK flat in SRS Royal hills. I have already paid the EDC/IDC for the same. However 2 days back I got a demand letter asking for another 2.9 lacs as Enhanced EDC. Its very frustrating that even after paying a huge amount as EDC, why govt is asking for another huge amount as EDC.

Please provide me some guidance in this. Any help will be appreciated.

Now , we know that the next hearing is on 1st November.

For most of us , those who have not received the possession , the last day of payment for increased EDC/IDC is 25th September.

Please discuss and decide on the next step.

Either we pay as per the calculation done by Mr Kulbhushan (200 psqft).

Or , we pay them entire sum as demanded ,which later gets adjusted in the balance ...
