Just heard the work on Main Road (45mtr) which will go adjacent to SRS Residency has started, soon the cemented road work will start.

Also the sector road work will start in few days.

Does anyone has some update, confirmed news on this.

I will be visiting this Saturday to check it out.

I got one mail from RPS customer care sharing one news in HT with advertisement of Savana. Builders started encashing Noida Extn issue to promote Greater Faridabad area.....may be good for us :)

You must be aware that the Circle rate for Neharpaar has been fixed to Rs. 2100/- psf, that means we have to pay stam duty and registration fee on Rs. 2100/- and not on the booking amount.

As you all would be aware about today's decision of Honble Supreme Court of India regard to retrurn of land to farmers. I am not pressing the panic button. It is only my view, may be I am wrong. I personally feel that we should also pressurised builder for possession of our flats at earliest to avoid any problem in future like Noida X. I am worried as today's decision can raise hopes ...
