Hi all,

Pls see the below news article (Source : Dainik Jagran Faridabad Edition 16.6.11), Our honorable DC giving solution of Problem on the spots and works in "NAYAK" Style of Anil Kapoor starer movie.

They are giving solution to all problems...that is very good and right step..
But officials are not listening to our complaints.
Either they don't want to listen our complaints or we are not able to justify our issues...???

My flat is in srs residency,sec-88.My flat no.is 103 in tower c-6.I visited there on12 june just to see the work progress and was shocked to see that they are using my flat as their office.Another shocking thing was that they are building one school on the park area for which we had paid extra park facing charge.I was really hurted though they are using logo of enduring quality and trust God knows ...

As per point 3 in the Circular (http://www.servicetax.gov.in/circular/st-circular09/st-circ-108-2k9.htm) any service provided by seller in connection with the construction of residential complex till the execution of such sale deed would be in the nature of "self-service" and consequently would not attract service tax.

Please share any latest information / circular details about the service tax.
