Making Fool of us..Hoarding by HUDA or BPTP???

Hi all,

During my today visit to Neharpar Area, I have seen some hoardings..near to BPTP Park81 Site, Sector 75 & 76 and at Sector 85 (Block D-BPTP).

To my surprise, i noticed one major common point on all hoardings...
That is " Parklands Faridabad"

Is HUDA developing Sectors roads only in Parklands i.e. for BPTP only?
As Parklands Project belongs to BPTP.

Or is it by BPTP, who is in turn selling their new ...


Development will not suffer due to HUDA Budget

Refer to attached news article from Amar Ujala (dt 09.4.2011) it states that devlopment work will not get suffer due to pendency of HUDA budget approval.

Really, is it happening??

one or the other Newspaper giving these kind of feeds.

But on actual ground, nothing is moving from HUDA and haryana Govt Side.

Can we go for some major Protest against HUDA and Haryana Govt??

There are no sign of development across Neharpar area.

Metro Ph-3 Cleared by Cabinet- Effect on FBD??

Hi all,
On Monday (11th Apr'11), Delhi Govt Cleared the Phase-3 for Metro Expension.

Refer the attached article.

I'm bit surprised, that it doesn't have any news related to Metro expension to FBD.

Is FBD Metro not covered under Ph-3??

Few days back, Navbharat Times publish news on 17th Mar'11, that Metro to FBD is under Ph-3 and waiting for Budget approval from Delhi and Central Govt.

RPS Savana site visit 10th April 2011

Hi All,

I have visited the RPS Savana construction site yesterday and was surprised to see the current status. RPS site office has been moved to another RPS land across the main Kheri road. They have locked both the front and back gates on Savana site and no one is allowed to enter the premises.
When I enquire them about the same their usual reply was "entry is not allowed at construction site". They don’t ...

Buyer of flat cum RTI activist attacked by Builder

Buyer of flat who had raised a dispute against Pune based builder for poor quality and selling of green area to shops. He had filed RTI applications for the same and also complained to authorities. He was allegedly brutually attacked with iron rods by builder goons.

It is time that we speak up and tell Govt. to provide protection to whistleblowers. Jayanta, I request that you should create something on forum for the same.

Supreme Court decides in favor of developers for Charging Extension Fee and Maintenance Costs

In a disappointing judgement, Supreme Court has overturned Haryana High Court Judgement and has ruled in favor of developers for Charging Extension Fee and Maintenance Costs. I have confirmed news that DTP is using it as a tool to defend themselves for doing no action in its report to DC, Faridabad.
