Builders continue to play unfair tricks and cheating to us. Now, I am having a proof that my builder has shared contact details of all flat owners to local property dealers. For the last 1 month, my wife and myself are getting 4-5 SMSes every day to sell our flat from property dealers. Our flat is in joint name.
