Neharpar Rises in Faridabad (TOI 6th Feb 2010)

Here is a previous article published in Times Of India dated 6th Feb 2010 which was based on research by Brix Research. This article has a timeline of the completion date for various projects in Neharpar. I am not sure if this report is genuine or fabricated.

Interestingly they have mentioned completion date for RPS Savana as May 2012, RPS Rhythm as Feb 2013 and RPS Palms as Jun 2012.

Complaint filed against RPS Group to Delhi Govt Mediation Center

Hi All,

4 members from RPS Savana visited the Delhi Government Mediation Center for dispute resolution and submitted individual complaints against RPS Infrastructure Limited. The staff is quite friendly and assisted us in getting our complaints submitted. They have fixed a date 10th March 2011 where we would need to be present and they would send notice to RPS and summon them for the meeting.

HUDA announces Land Acquisition Rates for Sectors 76, 77 and 78, Faridabad

As expected, HUDA has also announced 70 lakhs per acre for land acquisition in Sectors 76, 77 and 78, Faridabad. This is good and clears the air. @pgarg, it also mentions how this amount is calculated (42 lakhs per acre + 30% extra market value). Though still politicians are provoking farmers and we have to keep exerting pressure on HUDA to fast track process and complete land acquisition.
