With regards to land acquisition in Neharpar, HUDA officers did not follow HUDA policy resulting in loss of tens of crores and negative development of Faridabad.

I had filed RTI application (attached) containing detailed queries regarding land acquisition and cleary asking for timelines and milestones in July 2010. After my application going through endless transfers between Govt. officers in HUDA, I filed an appeal in Nov 2010. Even after the appeal and assurance that all queries will be answered, I received yesterday RTI reply from HUDA which has NO timelines , planning or milestones and it only addresses 2 queries. We had discussion with good lawyer yesterday who has won many good profile real estate cases. Brief points:

1. Our case is strong and Haryana Apartment Owners Act 1983 is very clear and unambigous regarding apartment owners rights. Whatever builders are doing is gross violation of rights. In 2009, based on this Act, Haryana High Court ruled against DLF. Ruling againt DLF should be applicable to all group housing societies in haryana.
