Dear All,

I recieved a letter from HUDA administrator, Faridabad to appear before him on 28th Dec, Tuesday at 11 AM in connection with RTI appeal for land acquisition. I am having important official work on Tuesday and it is 2.5 hours drive one side to reach Sector 12, Faridabad from my residence in Paschim Vihar.

PWD revives decade old Kalindi Kunj ByPass Project which seeks to provide good connectivity between Delhi and Neharpar Sectors of Faridabad. This project is caught up in various state govt. issues, legal and environmental hurdles. I recieved at least 5 RTI replies 3 months back for the same mentioning that project can't be carried forward.

In addition to a flat in Savana, i also have a flat at Ashiana Aangan at Bhiwadi. The construction in Aangan is superb. If any body is interested in buying a flat must see the Aangan at Bhiwadi. The connectivity between faridabad and Bhiwadi will be good once KMP expressway is operational.

We met Piyush Group Representatives at the Senior Town Planner (STP) Office, Faridabad yesterday (16th Dec). We expressed our concerns with Piyush Group in front of STP officials.

STP officials told in front of builder that any land within group housing society can't be sold to 3rd party in any case. Apartments owners have right to use common area which is also mentioned in buyers' agreement that we signed with builders.
