Piyush Heights 3 BHK towers F, G and H are moving towards completion and possession is expected in around 3 months. All works on these towers have been completed. Johnson lifts have also come and soon to be installed. Internal development works are underway with borewells being installed. :)

It has been more than 2 months since we met HUDA administrator, Faridabad. We had submiited him documents and asked him for his replies. He has not given replies either verbally or in written. Let us all meet him again with focus on development in Sector 75 to Sector 89, Faridabad. We have to meet him on working day between 11 AM - 1 PM.

Can anyone post updates on Omaxe New Heights in Sector-78.
I have not heard anything on the project since a long time.

Dear All residents and investors .....

I had visited the Omaxe Heights site last week ...and personally went around almost 80% buildings .

My observations as follows

1. 3bhk towers - plastering,door and window wooden frames done....external whitewash done for genex and century towers.

2. 2bhk :- external & internal work in all aspect finished ...now they are clearing the debris and doing the beautification work.......

3. few 3bhk behind the mark tower is even ...

Heard from couple of dealers that BPTP is launching limited edition units near an upcoming bridge.
When enquired I was told that bridge is to be by HUDA and has been finalised. The location will be for Sectors 75,76 and 77.

Could not confirm this news by BPTP as Customer Care guys were not having any 'official' info and Marketing Team could not be contacted.

Any further updates/ news , pls share.

Neharpar farmers have ended their protests and more than willing to give up their land and accept compensation cheques. But, HUDA officials seem careless and indifferent. They have even lost file of one farmer that was created with lot of efforts. We were planning to organize protests outside HUDA office. I think we should do that with farmers now also on our side.
