As discussed in meeting, please find attached HUDA building bye laws. It does not mention requirement of primary school.

Primary school requirement is covered under Haryana Urban Areas regulation Act whose pdf is already in forum. Act mentions primary school but nowhere it mentions minimum percentage of area required.

There is a need of advertisement of RPS Savana Project in year 2006 where in they used to advertise that the construction is in full swing and the project shall be completed in 36 month. The scan copy can be post on the forum.

The journalist intends to publish the advertisement cutting in the newspaper to demonstrate that the RPS project is delayed.
