We may be able to extract information from buiders using RTI law. We may get this information from all types of Govt. institutions in which our builders deal with like the Govt. banks from which they have taken loans, information from Income Tax department etc. Only catch here is we should be able to justify public interest.

Joint Inspection Committe (JIC) has given green flag for development of Sectors 81, 82 and 83. As a result, Section 4 is imposed for land acquisition. JIC includes HUDA administrator, Land acquisition officer of HUDA, Senior Town Planner of DTCP, District Town Planner of DTCP, S.E. of HUDA and Executive Engineers of HUDA.

HUDA Is planning to reserve land and flats for slum dwellers in Neharpar Sectors of Faridabad. For that, they have already sent proposal to DTCP. ByPass road is still headache for HUDA. Despite best efforts, HUDA is not able to relocate slum dwellers who have illegally occupied land. Now, some of these people have got Court Stay.

I think this is a very straight forward judgement from the HC. We should also file a case against RPS and should not worry about the delays and all. I feel we have a very strong case.

Hello Everyone,

I would like to share something related to possession of Savana which I got to know today only by Mr. Rajesh Jain. Now RPS is saying they will start giving the possession only in last quarter of year 2011. Earlier it was Oct'10 then Dec'10 further to Mar'11 now directly end of year 2011.

It is been clearly said that no site visits will be there and we should think of possession only ...
