There are talks of rebate on home loan interest being chalked out from 2011-12 ...but even if we remain optimistic that this rebate will continue, Many of us who took loan before Oct 2007 may loose out claiming rebate on interest on home loan if we do not get timely possession , As the clause states

1) I am planning to transfer my existing loan from BHW to HDFC or SBI, now can any one tell me whether it is possible to do this as 80% disbursement has completed till now. is it possible to switch to another bank when there is partially disbursemnent.

2) Has any of the bank disburse the amount @ completion of last floor, I am worried ...

Yes I am totally agreed with AMIT, They are doing construction only like this to get maximum payments from customers. Thay had collected 80% payment & maximum work is left. What u all say?

I have bought 3 bedroom unit in RPS. though i am more or less satisfied by the builder.....but have got mixed response over quality status of earlier projects handed over by RPS.....problems like power, water ,sewage and maintenance have been major issues of dissatisfaction... which majorly are concerned with EDC and IDC that we have already paid......we have mixed views from other users which say that HUDA can be dragged to the consumer ...
