Dear All,

Yesterday, I have received revised Maintenance charges demand from April 2013 onwards. Revised rate of CAM stands at 3.11 rs per sq ft. I hope other members of the group having flats in BPTP Park Grandeura have also received similar demand. I would like to know from fellow members on future coure of action. Do we see our RWA taking up this with builder?

Does anyone have idea on how to get the OC from Builder. I have tried to contact Builder several times but they are quite on this request and SRS Residency's RWA have also sent mail to them once but still there is no response from Builder. Does anyone know the next step.

It is to inform that hon'ble SC has ordered a massive demolition of unauthorized construction underwent and was almost 10 more years old in Sector 91 Faridabad.
