Is there anyone who has a plot in BPTP Parklands sector 76 in X block? I have a plot there and BPTP has denied me to give possession of the same saying there is no plot available there. Even though I have paid 95% of the plot value, they are making excuses to give possession.

What course of action I can take? I have all the receipts of payments and contract agreement. ...

After long delay , RPS finally deliver few units to the customers. But still they are following wrong practices with in the society. Following few examples of wrong practices are :-

1. Not providing extension to residents , asking for 200 rs. per month if someone need.
2. Not allowing residents to take internet services from Airtel , reliance , vodafone or BSNL . They are forcing to take services ...

After common areas judgment, Allahabad High Court has once again provided justice to home buyers. It has ordered demolition of symbolic Supertech 40 storey twin towers in NOIDA. Also, to send strong message to NOIDA Authority being in nexus with builder, it has ordered prosecution of NOIDA Authority officials. Hope builders and Authorities in Haryana learn lesson from this judgment.

Please get back on this thread or call me if any of you who have shifted there or are planning to shift within session 2014-15 have their children studying in DPS sec-19. As of now, transport is not available so we will have to reach school management and request them to arrange the same.
