As per RPS, Occupancy certificate for towers T3, T4, T6 and T7 is expected by March 2014. Considering we have had enough dates from RPS over past so many years, I can only hope that this is true statement this time.

In a recent writ, questioning the role, responsibility and inaction of DTCP, pertaining to Irregularities and Illegalities committed by builders in the execution of Licenses bestowed by it, the DTCP has "Disowned" itself from any such responsibility.

All Change of Land Use (CLU) licenses have been stayed in NCR( Haryana) by Hon'ble High Court as these have not been approved by NCRPB and incessant issuance of Licenses are causing haphazard planning in the NATIONAL CAPITAL REGION.

Another FIR has been registered against all 3 Piyush Directors/Owners for Cheating and Threatening buyer. This time FIR is on commercial property. These Piyush Group directors consider cheating and criminal conspiracy as their right and cheat everyone whether buyer is for residential or commercial. Police/Courts should do justice to buyers whose life time savings have been grabbed by these professional cheaters.
