NEW DELHI: If a housing project delays possession but fails to pay interest or an educational institution refuses admission on frivolous ground, people can now approach a lok adalat for faster redressal than going to a regular court where cases take years to conclude.

It seems that the Builder is not going to deliver the project "Era Divine Court High Rise Sector - 76 Faridabad". We all who has booked the unit in this project know that construction has been halted since quite a long tine.

On 27-Jun-2015, I have received a letter electronically from Era Landmarks, which is saying that "We will appraise you the status and share our construction and development plan by mid June - July". ...

Recently received latest demand notice by RPS Savana which has extremely unjustified addition of demands (Enhanced EDS, Interest on Enhanced EDC, VAT etc.)

Can someone please suggest or guide me on how to deal this this situation. We know that this demand is completely incorrect and we need to raise it with law authority but that would mean delaying the payment which will further increase the penalty and delay in possession.
