Congratulations everyone ! Real Estate Regulatory gets Union Cabinet Nod. Next step is to get it passed in Parliament. Thing that worries is that Cabinet is intending to take it in Parliament in August :-( Not sure whether Govt. will survive till that date.

I am living in Puri Pranayam.The mantainance arm of the builder is managing the Electricity supply
to apatments.They have informed us that Service tax is payable on the electricity bills w.e.f 01.04.2013 ,that they raise on individual apartments.The logic is that they recieve the supply from DHBVN and redistribute it to the apartment owners.For power back up they produce electricity by DG set and then distribute to individual apartments.
