Is it Legal for Builders to charge Rs 16-18 per unit of DG supply electricity to Residents in GH societies.

When a group Housing society is set up than is it not the duty of Developer to set up Substation etc to meet the Increased demand of electricity.

What is the role of HUDA which approves the Electrification plan of that GH societies?

I received offer of possession for KLJ Green. I have flat in A2 tower. On Possession later KLJ Green, Developer charging too much for Cost Escalation and Other Extra Charges. Developer not ready to pay penalty for late possession. I am moving with legal department and filling a PIL against developers. Need owner of flat support for same.

After relief to Unitech VISTA, buyers of Residency now get 12% compensation for delayed period. NCDRC has set aside agreement term of Rs 5 psf as penalty for delay, as one sided and arbitrary

These judgments are remarkable as never before delayed possession was being compensated by any court. Buyers could get refund with compensation but not compensation for delayed possession.

Piyush Heights License is renewed 4th time till March 2017. TCP is giving 10+ years and counting to builder for completion of project which should have taken 3 years in first place.

License is issued to Praveen Kumar Jain who is engaged in bitter legal battle with Piyush Group. So, that puts license itself in question mark
