Illegal portions of 3 hotels demolished in NIT Faridabad

Faridabad: The Municipal Corporation demolished unauthorised structures of three hotels located in the NIT-1 market here yesterday. MC Joint Commissioner Mukesh Solanki said the operation against the hotels was in pursuance of a directive of the Punjab and Haryana High Court.

Delight Hotel, Raj Mandir and Raj Mahal on which the corporation's axe fell are well-known land marks in the city. The six-hour-long operation against the hotels was a smooth affair. Not much police force ...

Common Area Maintenance (CAM) Charges

Hello all,

I would like to know from srs rwa that what is current rate fixed for CAM charge. As per agreement,it is 1.2 /sq feet but as per bill I received today it is 1.4/sq feet. I also wud like to know that all the maintenance work is still not complete,then how can they charge for CAM.

40,000 low cost flats to be built for urban poor: Delhi Government

NEW DELHI: Delhi Government today approved a long-pending proposal to construct around 40,000 low cost flats in the city for distribution among people belonging to economically weaker sections.

The proposal was given a go ahead at a meeting of Delhi Urban Shelter Improvement Board (DUSIB) chaired by Chief Minister Sheila Dikshit.
