I got my plot in W block registered (conveyance deed) on 6th march. not yet received it from BPTP. but recently received a letter saying that HUDA has intimated them that HUDA will make the substation. hence there will be refund on this account, but they keep on writing about the expenses to be incurred in transformers,cable laying, meter boxes.. etc there is a complete list. so we should not expect full refund, ...

Please find the attached Information received from DTCP Fbd. Office agaisnt RTI, it show that BPTP does not have approved building sanction plan for P Block Row 4. May be they dont have approval for other rows.
They have not mention super built up area also in plan which has been submitted for approval.
From customer they have collected 90% amount, and not working on the project since Dec. 2010.Please guid what should ...
