I think, you can demand the proof from the flat owner, such as demand letter copy from builder or any other document to check it.

Thanks for sharing all this information.....But still really shocked that - -I use to feel only myself the sufferrer of these fraud builder..but after seeing these posts ...came to know that 1000's of investors like me in faridabad are aggrieved and disturbed there personal life only because of 50 - 60 builders...

Still i would like to thank again for sharing updated information and for everyones priceless efforts.

Yesterday only I got registered with this forum. I have a flat in RPS savana. I am glad to be part of this forum, which is really very helpful & keep posted on the updates. This also gives us platform to be United against atrocities or unwanted demands by builders. I am not able to post my comment, understand will be able to do after approvals from site admin.

I would appreciate if u could please share with me possession checklist.
