Wish to own a 1250 sqft unit in RPS Savana.

Hi

I am Rohit and working in a MNC bank. I do not own any unit as yet but planning to buy a unit in RPS Savana. I would appreciate if this forum could help me understand the current pricing for the unit (The best quote I have had till now is 23.76 lakh that is 1900 per sqft). Any help will be really appreciated.

Hi Rohit ,

It seems to be OK , but u visit the site and try 2-3 dealers at a time . Let them know the seriousness and also your talks with other dealers . They may come out with better offers . Why don't u try 2+1 ? it is 1300 sq.ft and makes a much better sense with a small addition to cost( my feeling only )

The prices quoted are the base prices (area x price per sq ft). DO keep in mind there are a number of additional charges for parking, power backup, club and maintenance (about 1.75 lakhs).

Also, do check your options in terms of location etc - there are premiums for park facing and ground and first floor properties.

You should be able to bring the price down to 1800-1850 in the current market, but prices will continue going up as the market picks up and the project gets closer to completion.

that have quotes in the range of 1750 psft.
