Infrastructure development in Greater Faridabad

Postby ddamitav » Thu Jul 30, 2009 12:28 am

Hello Guys,

As you know the possession date of our dream flats are not far away if things goes in right direction. We will get possession starting end 2010 or 1st qtr of 2011. This is not far away.

One thing is worrying me day and night that if the infrastructure such as sewerage, water, Electricity, internal roads are not in place then the flats will not be livable.

Since last 3 years we have been hearing that there will be world class infrastructure placed by HUDA but after 3 years there is no sight of any work on ground level.

It is a fact that we have paid around Rs 150/- per sq-ft as EDC and IDC charges to the govt of Haryana to provide us infrastructure. so each owner of a flat has paid between rs 2lac to 5 lacs for this. Now its our right to ask the govt about the infrastructure.

We need to work together in this direction so that at the time of possession the infrastructure will be placed or at least work should be under progress.

Please share ur opinion.

Hi Amitav,

I too share the same thoughts. One of my friend has bought a flat in BPTP and it seems that he will get the possession by this year end. I dont know how people will live from Jan 2010 without the basic infrastructure in place.

In my view we all should keep asking RPS regarding the progress at this end.

Lets hope that by the time we get the possesion basic things are in place.

Regards

Hi Ranvijay,

Thanks for sharing the views with me. There is no point asking RPS on infrastructure development and infrastructure development will done by HUDA,

Since we have paid a huge amount as EDC and IDC so its our right to ask govt the utilization of our money, so in this case lets file an RTI with HUDA asking them details on infrastructure development with limeline.

For this we need to have support of good number of members.
