who is received a new Demand Notice for "Completion of Internal Plaster" for Purple Hazel (PH) tower no.-9.

If any one received new Demand Notice for "Completion of Internal Plaster" for PH-9 or any information regarding that please post/provide/inform this informations at this forum.

1. Any information about possession of Purple Hazel (PH) tower or any type commentment by RPS management please share this.
2. Any one receive letters regarding return/refund EDC amount, please say how many @ refundable.

I have received demand notice on 16.02.2015 for PH-7 on completion of external plaster and flooring. Due date of payment is 03.03.2015.

I have also received demand notice on 27.01.2015 for PH-9 on completion of flooring work/ on completion of external plaster for Rs. 174849/- ( for BSP@5% + 50% of IFMS and Other 50% charges are already paid previously) . Payment is already done my me (due date was 11.02.2015).
Mrs. Gita of RPS said that RPS apply for Occupancy Certificate of PH tower no. 5 to 9 after march 2015. Any information regarding OC or Possession please share information.

I have also received demand notice dt.16.02.15 "on completion of flooring" having payment due date 03.03.15 for my unit PH-07-0301. They have demanded normal instalment+50% additional charges as per payment plan + service charges total being around Rs.375900/-.
