SRS Residency - Sec 88 Greater Faridabad

Hi
I am looking forward to buy a 3BHK or 3+1BHK in SRS Residency Project in Sec 88. We met Investors clinic people there who promised the possession of the 3 BHK in 6-7 months from today.
Any reviews on the property or builder will be really helpful.
The investor clinic people have quoted a 3BHK for approx 43 lakhs. Is it the correct price and can we bargain on this price with them.
Any inputs will be welcome. Anyone interested in selling their 3 or 3+1 BHK in the same project can contact me on below mentioned numbers.
