Looking for resale in RPS Savana

Dear All,
Had a talk with RPS last week and it is the same story that we heard in October, 2010. The possession of 2 and 2 + 1, in Savana, will probaby start after a year, by end of 2012. So yet another year passes....false promises, baseless assurances continue.
For 3, 3+1 the expected possession date is even worse..probably two years from now.
