@Preet Me too not a property dealer. Are you in touch with any property dealer regarding your property? Do tell me if yes. What are the expected market rates. I saw on 99 Acres.com that brokers have put advertisements for flats quoting rates at 2200 to 2400 psf. I understand the rates are somewhat lesser for resale than new bookings. Do tell me if you have any information about the same.

Hi Jayanta,

regarding the resale of properties in our forum, can we create One Buy and Sell Section at our web site.
Where members can post their requirements with their name and Contact nos or mail ID.
So that peoples can see their requirements and contact each other.
Right now it is going to all members which may not be relevent to other members.
So just to avoid unnecessary mail traffic, we can create one section.
(if all members agree for this).

I am willing to sale my flat BB T-8, Unit 907. Deluxe specification with some wood works. Bought at 1400+300 = 1700 rate. No Loan, paid 90%. Purchased in Nov 2006 from RPS on re-sale. Paid premium of Rs 3.25 lakh at that time. Paid EDC+IDC, transfer charges etc all. My Total investment 23.5 Lakh till Feb 2009. Minimum Sale Price 33 lakh.

At present, 80% investors are willing to sale their property, but there are no real buyer available in market to purchase Naharpar Properties. Sale price is less than the invested amount + bank interest of 4-5 years. So there is no other way, BE UNITED and STRENGTHEN FORUM; keep liaising with Administrative Deptt, HUDA, COURTS, Builders and get Infrastructure developments at the earliest. Once ROAD, Electricity, Sewer & Water is arranged .... NAHAPAR will be Paradise foe we all.
