In which ratio the EDC is increased?

I have booked a flat in Sai Vatika by Shiv Sai. They have sent me a demand letter of 1.95Lacs for enhanced EDC. I want to know in which ratio the EDC is increased. If anybody having any knowledge please let me know.

Hi, I also have a flat in Sai Vatika and I ahave also recieved a demand of same amount at the rate of Rs. 150/sq.ft.
I also inquired on phone and sent mail to the builder regarding the basis of this rate and the concerned reference of Town and country planning, Haryana but till now no information has been recieved from builder.
