Format for Payment under protest

Dear Dheeraj ji / Ajay ji,

Can you oblige by providing the letter format for payment under protest (which can be used later for filing a case against the errant builder) for increased area, poor quality of construction and changing the specifications in the agreement from what was mentioned in the original catalog at the time of launch / booking of flat.
