Verification Certificate for Passport under TATKAAL

Dear All,

I have to go an international assignment and I want to get Passport issued for my kids under the TATKAAL scheme. Under TATKAAL scheme, Verification certificate needs to be submitted along with other documents to Passport office. Verification Certificate can only be created by a Government Class I officer residing in Faridabad (attached find details).

I have tried all ends but haven't had any luck in getting in touch with someone who can HELP me in this situation. After lot of thinking, I came to this Forum thinking someone could lend me a HELPING HAND!!! and I could get Passport's for my kids.

PLEASE LET ME KNOW IF ANYONE CAN HELP ME OUT OF THIS SITUATION!!!
