Shame on such a Independence India where Police, Judges, Politician,Hospitals,Government offices,Regulators, all Private sector, is Corrupt , the system is made for Corruption and exploitation of those who do not have Power.

Criminals are free to loot and Victims are put in Jail without trial. Lakhs of people are in Jail who are undertrails and after 13-15 years of incarceration the Court order comes that they are aquitted.

To hell with this Independence.Shame on this Democracy.

Judges who are paid lankees of the Criminal give Date after date and No decision.

Dr Naveen is somewhat right in what we have seen during our fight with Piyush Group/builders that we have been doing for years now. I believe that Govt has taken right decision in taking a step towards bringing transparency in appointment of Judges. It is high time that Govt realize pains and sufferings of honest middle class tax paying citizens who are being cheated and exploited by these builders who use black money of politicians. It is high time that Govt takes steps towards reining corruption and bringing Real Estate Regulatory Body which has been hanging dust for 15 years due to builders - politicians nexus.

Just to remind you that you are part of society and imagine countries much poor and corrupt than India.. we are at far better place today !!
personally to me .. you look mentally sick .. and advise to you is not to vent any of your frustration over this forum which is meant to help and exchange information for larger group of people who have joined hear for a cause.

There is corruption in the system. But the question is, are we trying to fight it or we just vent out frustration in the failed system? It doesn't matter whatever way you have tried to fight and restore the corrupt system, it will matter most.

But it will be sad when we succumb to corruption, accept a escape route and then blame the system.

Brothers, if you really want to see change, come and stand with us on the the next date which is listed in the Hon'ble High Court, Chandigarh on 19/08/2014.

If you are busy then come to the trail court or the sessions court/trail court. If we can be present in high numbers it will make an impact you all are well aware.

No Judge will dare give a wrong or biased judgement.
The problem is that blogging is like rubbing a** of children when they litter.

But due to regular payments from criminals they give tareek pe tareek, only when a dispute arises between the criminal & judge and criminal refuses to be blackmailed than only in years , the Judgement comes.

or when something long term is guaranteed by the Criminal than they release him. The Complainant also develops apathy to his own case till than.

In the recent past it has been noticed that some of the rare users of the portal started posting vindictive propaganda against others.

Also i would request to the administrator of the portal to remove such vindictive, derogatory posts from the thread and discourage such posts.

The portal is used exclusively for some productive suggestions/proposals which will benefit the public at large.
