Password Update

Hi Jayanta,

I forgot my password and have got a default password. I am able to login with this password, but I am not finding any place to change it. Could you please guide me about this.

I could not find any place in User Control Panel to change it.

Also I dont find this option which is mentioned in FAQs

"Important: After you reset your password, you will receive a generic password in your email. To change the password, you must login to the main portal www.myfaridabad.in and go to Your Profile from menu User Menu>Your Profile>Contact Info and change your password."

Hi Anuj,

To change your password, please follow these instructions sent in your password request email

To Change your password, login with the above password and from the homepage, Go to User Menu>Edit Your Profile and update the new password.

I had thought that I had to put the default password in the fields and then I would get some new screen for change password
