2.5 lakh NOIDA Extension flats cleared with condition that Greater NOIDA Authority provides water supply, sewerage etc.

Finally it is good news for NOIDA Extension flat buyers. 2.5 lakh flats have been cleared. Congratulations to Noida Extension Flat Owner's Welfare Association. Important thing to note here is while approving master plan, NCRPB (NCR Planning Board) has imposed condition on Greater NOIDA Authority to make provisions for water supply, sewerage, drainage, power and solid waste management. Since, Greater Faridabad also falls under NCR Planning Board, we may also approach them to impose such conditions on HUDA too. Currently, as clear from GFWA presentation, HUDA is ONLY working on roads and all other things progress seem to have stopped. Members opinions are invited.
