Thanks for sharing the information. This judgment is there in forum for around 2 years. We had raised this point to highest authorities but no action was taken. It is a shame that seciormost to juniormost Town and Country planning oficials which quote another Supreme Court judgment for NOT taking any action against builders turn a blind eye to this judgment and refuse to get it implemented. Since authorities willingly turn blind eye to this loot, only option is to approach Consumer Courts
