I think BPTP plot owners should file complaint with CCI.As the Builder Buyer agreement & varoius demands by BPTP are totally one sided, CCI can be of real help to them.

Dear Umesh ji,
I am not a plot owner with BPTP.
I suggestion to go for compaint with CCI is based on the competant authority of CCI & the type of demands from BPTP.The illegal demands by BPTP clearly shows that it is misusing its dominant position in market & thus making one sided decision to earn more profits.
This shall definately prove fatal for BPTP if it is taken to CCI.
